Christmas Soup (for cold Christmas Days)

Ingredients:

1 litre vegetable juice (such as V8)
500ml beef stock
2 bay leaves
4 cloves
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Dash of Tabasco sauce

Putting it together:

Simmer all ingredients for 1 hour. Serve hot with crusty rolls.

Serves 6

Variations:

This delightfully simple recipe can be used as a great base. By adding chopped vegetables etc you can make a really hearty soup.
