| Ingredients: 1/4 lb butter8oz butter
 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
 1/2 teaspoon salt
 2 tablespoons cocoa
 1/2 glass sherry
 vanilla essence
 Putting it together: Cream butter and icing sugar. Add the remaining ingredients and mix 
          well. Form into small balls and roll in desiccated coconut. Store in airtight containers. Variation:Form the balls and roll in chocolate hail instead of coconut.
