Ingredients:
500g minced pork and 500g minced ham
2 eggs
1 cup crumbed Salada crackers
1/2 can tomatoes
Milk to moisten
Sauce:
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/3 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
Putting it together:
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix the pork and ham and shape into 2 individual loaves.
In a saucepan, combine the sauce ingredients. Bring to a boil, pour
over the meat. Bake 1 hour basting several times.
Serves 6 - 8
