| Ingredients:250g cream cheese1 cup grated cheese
 2 gerkins, chopped
 1 tablespoon tomato sauce (ketchup)
 1 tablespoon sherry
 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
 Salt and Pepper
 Chopped nuts
 Putting it together:Mix all ingredients, except chopped nuts, together. (ingredients can 
          be mixed together in a food processor).Mould the mixture into a ball, you may find this easier if you use plastic 
          wrap (such as glad wrap).
 Roll the cheese ball in chopped nuts to cover.
 Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and chill in fridge.
 Serve with crackers (savoury biscuits), or vegetable sticks such as
