Ingredients:
1/2 bottle brandy
1 bottle dark rum
2 bottles cider
4 tablespoons sugar
fresh oranges
60 cloves
cinnamon
ground nutmeg
Putting it together:
Stick about 10 cloves into each orange and bake until the rind becomes
brown.
Warm a punch bowl and add the oranges.
Add the brandy, rum and sugar.
Stir the mixture well and set it alight.
Slowly add the cider, extinguishing the flame.
Sprinkle the top with cinnamon and nutmeg.
Stir and serve in punch cups.
