Ingredients:
Ice
3 tablespoons Pernod
1 bottle dry white wine
2 bottles gin
1 pint ice water
Putting it together:
Put the ice into a punch bowl.
Pour the Pernod, wine and and gin over the ice and stir well.
Add the water and stir again.
Let the punch stand for 15 minutes before serving.
Serves approx. 12 - 14 people
